AP EAMCET Admission Eligibility Criteria 2024
Candidates can find the eligibility criteria for AP EAMCET 2024 below. All candidates are required to go through the same, as not adhering to the basic eligibility criteria will lead to disqualification in the further admission process.
- Nationality: The candidate should be an Indian citizen.
- Age Limit:
- A candidate should be 16 years or older.
- Candidates applying for courses such as B. Tech Food Science and Technology, B.Tech Dairy Technology, and B.Tech Agricultural Engineering should be 17 or older.
- The upper age limit for the courses mentioned above is 22 years for unreserved category candidates, and for reserved category candidates, it is 25 years old.
- Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have passed their 12th class examination from a recognized board.
- For General category candidates, scoring 45% or above aggregate is mandatory; for Reserved category candidates, it is 40% in their 12th class.
- Candidates appearing or awaiting their results for their 12th class are also eligible for AP EAMCET.
