During the program, colorful competitions like cotillion, music, fashion, drama, sports, photography, and numerous further were organized. The main highlight of the program was the stimulating performance by MC SQUARE and DJ Suitup, which charmed the followership with their energy and dynamic beats, leaving everyone on their bases and wanting further.
Sharing information for the event, Dr. Ajit Kumar, Director, Sharda University stated “The inaugural day of the festival witnessed an impressive gathering, with participants hailing from over 95 countries, showcasing a vibrant tapestry of global diversity. The Sangam Ullas was an inter-university fest with many universities and institutions participating. Among the attendees were esteemed faculty members and enthusiastic students, converging to celebrate culture, innovation, and the boundless spirit of collaboration. For two exhilarating days, the festival unfolded with a dazzling array of over 20 captivating events, showcasing the multifaceted talents and creativity of its participants. From thought-provoking debates to glamorous fashion shows, soul-stirring monologues to rib-tickling stand-up comedy performances, high-octane rap wars to intimate open-mic showcases and thrilling competitions, the festival offered an immersive experience that catered to every taste and interest, leaving attendees spellbound and inspired".
PK Gupta, Chancellor, of Sharda University said "The event brought together students, faculty, and community members in a celebration of diversity, creativity, and unity. With a plethora of captivating performances, engaging workshops, and interactive activities, the festival served as a platform for cultural exchange, fostering a sense of inclusivity and appreciation for the various cultural identities within our university community”.
During the celebrity night, famed rapper Abhishek Baisla, affectionately known as MC Square performed. From dynamic rap chorales to trendy hipsterism- hop vibes, and from the spirited measures of Punjabi and Haryanvi melodies to the dateless appeal of Bollywood classics, MC Square's performance burned a collaborative passion, uniting everyone in a cotillion festivity. Along with these, the International Division of Sharda University organized a "March" featuring transnational scholars from colorful countries which represented the honor of public heritage in a vibrant display
