Students willing to take B.Sc Nursing admission in Uttar Pradesh must meet all the eligibility conditions. Falling short of any one of these criteria will result in the cancellation of the application. Following is the eligibility criteria for B.Sc Nursing admission in Uttar Pradesh as per the Indian Nursing Council:

• The minimum age criteria for admission shall be 17 years and not below that on 31st December of the year in which admission will be taken. On the other hand, the maximum age criteria for taking up B.Sc Nursing is not more than 35 years. 
• Candidates must pass 10+2 with Science (PCB) & English Core or English Elective with an aggregate of 45% marks from a recognized board under AISSCE /CBSE /HSCE /ICSE /SSCE or any other recognized board. 
• Students are only allowed to be admitted once a calendar year and not more than that.
• All candidates willing to apply for B.Sc Nursing must be both mentally and physically fit. 
• Students who appear in 10+2 examinations in Science conducted by the National Institute of Open School with 45% marks will also be eligible to take up a B.Sc in Nursing soon after their completion.
