CAT Exam 2025 on Nov 30, 20251 The CAT exam 2025 will be administered in a computer-based format at select test centres throughout India. The examination organisation assigns a CAT test centre nearest to the candidate's home address so that they can arrive on time. CAT exam 2025 will be held at around 375 CAT test centres across 170 locations.

On August 1, 2025, the list of CAT 2025 test cities was announced, along with the release of the application form. When filling out the CAT 2025 registration form, you can select up to five cities for the CAT 2025 test centre allocation. The deadline to apply for CAT 2025 was September 13, 2025; however, it was extended till September 20, 2025.

Steps to Select CAT Exam Test Centre

To be assigned a chosen CAT exam venue, participants must mention their preferred cities on the CAT application form 2025. Here's how you choose a desired test city on the CAT 2025 form:

Step 1: Register for CAT 2025 at the official website, iimcat.ac.in.

Step 2: Fill out the application form using the login ID you created.

Step 3: Go to the section'select test city'.

Step 4: Select up to five cities from the drop-down, from first to fifth.

Step 5: Fill in the remainder of the fields in the form, pay the exam cost, and click submit.
