CCC Full Form is a Course on Computer Concepts. It is an introductory level IT literacy program designed to improve computer literacy concerning daily business-related activities.
The CCC full form is Course on Computer Concepts. The CCC course was introduced by the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology. The main aim of the CCC course is to provide basic computer knowledge and make individuals aware of computer concepts.
What is CCC?
As everyone knows, CCC stands for Course on Computer Concepts. After completing the course, one can expect to efficiently use the computer for various purposes such as typing letters, sending emails, reading the news, online shopping, social media, and more. The duration of the CCC course is 80 hours conducted every month of the year.
The candidates must fill an online form available on the NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology) official website to enrol themselves for the CCC course. The examination costs around INR 500 plus GST is applicable, and an additional INR 100 will be charged as part of the processing fee. After the final submission of the application form, candidates can't change or edit the application. Also, the fee is not refundable under any circumstances. The minimum eligibility for this course is the 12th pass candidate from any recognized board in India.
CCC Course Eligibility 2021
As with most of the exams, there is no minimum requirement or maximum requirement for filling the CCC application form. Therefore, candidates can submit applications without considering their age or educational qualification. However, there are three modes by which one can appear in the CCC exam.
- NIELT approved Institutes give sponsorships to candidates who are eligible to join the course irrespective of their educational qualification.
- Direct candidates are also eligible irrespective of educational qualifications.
- Applicants sponsored by the government recognized colleges or schools that have obtained a unique identification number from NIELT for joining the CCC programs-such candidates could also conduct CCC irrespective of any qualification.
Course on Computer Concept Syllabus
The total duration of the ccc course is 80 hours. However, this course can also be offered as a ten-day full-time intensive course with 8 hours for a day. And the course is conducted every month of the year.
The 80-hour session is divided into three parts.
- The theory part takes 25 hours to complete
- The tutorial part of the course takes 5 hours to end.
- Practicals are the most crucial part, and it takes 50 hours.
CCC is sponsored by the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (DOEACC Society), an autonomous society under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MO&IT).

CCC Exam Paper Pattern
Course on Computer Concepts includes a total of 8 chapters - Introduction to Computer, Introduction to GUI based Operating System, Elements of Word processing, Spreadsheets, Introduction to the Internet, WWW and Web browser, Communication and Collaboration, Applications of Presentation and Application of Digital Financial Services.
The CCC exam pattern is as follows,
- The exam paper will consist of objective types of questions.
- There is only one paper in the exam.
- There are 100 questions in the exam.
- The duration of the CCC exam is around 1 hour.
- There is no negative marking in this exam.
- The qualifying percentage is 50%.
How to Fill CCC Online Form 2021?
The CCC exam application form is available in online mode on the official student portal of NIELIT. All the eligible candidates must fill the application form before the last date for the same.
The stepwise procedure for completing the CCC examination form is as follows.
- Visit the official student portal of NIELIT.
- Click on the button below 'Apply Online.
- Choose your course - CCC.
- Read the instructions appearing on the screen.
- Click on the box to mark the 'I Agree' button.
- Fill in personal details as asked in the space given.
- Enter the contact details, including phone number and email ID, and other details such as address and educational details.
- Upload photograph, left thumb impression, and signature in the prescribed format and size mentioned in the application.
- Enter aadhaar details.
- Pay the application fee.
Steps Involved in Downloading the Admit Card
CCC admit card will be released on the official website and downloaded through a student login portal. And the candidates can download their respective admit cards before the commencement of the examination.
The steps involved in downloading the admit card are as follows:
- Visit the official website.
- Click on the option of downloading the admit card link.
- Select the particular course: CCC under the head IT literacy program.
- Enter the application number and other required credentials.
- Admit card appears once the card is downloaded, and take a printout of it.
Along with the respective admit cards, candidates are also required to carry any photo identity proofs to the examination centre- PAN card, Aadhar card, Bank passbook/id card issued from gazetted officer/Tehsil.

CCC certificate examination results don't take a long time and are usually declared within 15 days from the examination date. And eligible candidates can view CCC results at the official NIELIT student portal.

- Verify certificate details first.

- One has to verify the code via SMS or email.
- One has to verify the digital signature.
