IGNOU Regional Centre Delhi-3 came into existence in 2008 to provide better services to the students and public residing in West Delhi and Gurgaon district of Haryana. Among the 54 learner centres there are 20 regular study centers, 28 program study centers, three special study centers, one recognized study center, and two jail study centers.
Dr. Rajender Gujral joined as first Regional Director of RC Delhi-3. Dr. Ashok Sharma is the present Regional Director, who joined RC Delhi-3 on 29th February, 2024.The centre is affiliated with the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). IGOU Delhi-3 Regional Centre provides a variety of programs via remote and online distance learning (ODL) modes.

IGNOU Regional Centre Delhi-3 Admission Process
IGNOU admits students to the university using its official website. However, if you have landed in the IGNOU Delhi-3 Regional Centre, you can get your fresh admission done there as well by following this process.
- Visit the official website- http://rcdelhi3.ignou.ac.in/
- Click on “Fresh admission”
- Now, click on”New Registration” and complete your registration to fetch your login ID and password through email.
- Once you have your login credentials, return to the login page and enter your information.
- As you enter your profile, start by filling up your admission form.
- Upload a scanned copy of all the necessary documents.
- Now pay the IGNOU registration fee of Rs. 300 along with the mentioned course fee.
- Once you have submitted all the details, do not forget to note the Control Number and download the payment receipt.
If you are not comfortable with online admission, you can always visit the Delhi-3 Regional Centre for offline admission.
