SIU Pune

The first campus of Symbiosis International University was established in Pune at Senapati Bapat Road (SB) in 1971. At SIU Pune, there are six campuses: Senapati Bapat Road, Lavale, Hinjewadi, Viman Nagar, Model Colony, and Kirkee. These institutions also have academies that offer economics, health sciences, nursing, management, law, mass communication, design, and more. Facilities on the SIU Pune campus include dormitories, aerobics, auditorium, gym, wellness, library, swimming pool, and yoga.

Symbiosis Colleges Entrance Exams

• SET: For BBA, BCA, BA Mass Communication, BA/B.Sc Liberal Arts, and B.Sc Eco/Eco. In May and June, the exam is given in a computer-based format. The SET exam registration period begins in February.
• SLAT: BLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) programs. The exam takes place in June, with registration beginning in February.
• SEED: For B.Des program. However, for the 2021 academic year, the SEED exam was not conducted, and admissions were based on a portfolio review and a personal interaction round via video conferencing.
• SITEEE: For B.Tech programs. The exam is held in May and June, with registration beginning in February.
• SNAP: For MBA/PGDM programs. The exam is held in December as a computer-based test (CBT), registration starting in August.

Symbiosis College Eligibility Criteria

Getting into Symbiosis is an outstanding achievement for students. Below are some of the essential eligibility criteria that students should keep in mind while applying for any branch of Symbiosis:

• Passed the 10+2 exam with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory topics and one of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Technical Vocational. 
• At least 45 per cent (40 per cent in the case of a candidate from the SC/ST category) in each of the above topics taken combined.
• Good scores in SITEEE / JEE Main / any state-government engineering entrance examination.
