The students can use the steps to download the VTU M.Tech syllabus from the official website to plan and prepare for their courses respectively for the academic year.
- Step 1: Go visit the official website of Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU).
- Step 2: Find and click on the “Examination” tab on the homepage of the website.

Course Structure of VTU M.Tech
The students can check the course structure of VTU M.Tech using the steps below mentioned below. This will help the students to know the course plans reserved by the faculties to calibrate the student’s performance for the academic year.
- There are four semesters for M.Tech courses in VTU.
- The students are expected to finish a thesis project by the end of the 2nd academic year since it is a 2-years course.
- The 2nd year M.Tech students can either take up teaching to the B.Tech students or 1st year M.Tech students in their free time as a part of their assessment or extra-grades.
- To strengthen their resume, the students can participate in academic competitions or projects with faculty members.
- The students will be writing 100 marks exam for each subject in the course for every semester.
- The students are given other assignments such as presentations, seminars, mini-projects to evaluate for internal marks.
