AFCAT 2 2023 Exam Date: Indian Air Force (IAF) has announced that the AFCAT 2 Exam Date 2023 will be Aug 25, 26 and 27. The application window for the exam was closed on Jun 30. As the AFCAT 2 2023 Exam Date is approaching, candidates preparing for the exam must go through the syllabus and exam pattern.

AFCAT 2 2023 Exam Date: Check Exam Pattern
The exam pattern for the AFCAT 2 exam will be as follows:
- The exam will consist of 2 stages: an online test and an AFSB interview
- Candidates opting for Ground duty must also appear for Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT).
- The exam language will be English.
- There will be a total of 100 questions asked in the online test, and the exam duration will be 2 hours.
- The questions will be divided into 4 sections - General Awareness, Verbal Ability in English, Numerical Ability, Military Reasoning, and Aptitude test.
- The marks per question will be 3, and the total marks in the paper will be 300.
- Each correct answer will earn the candidate 3 marks, and 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
- The AFSB interview will consist of 2 stages: Stage 1 - Officer Intelligence Rating Test along with Picture Perception and discussion test and Stage 2 - Psychological test, Group Tests and Interview.
- Candidates who will be applying for the flying branch are required to appear for Computerised Pilot Selection System (CPSS).
