AIBE 17 Result 2023: The Bar Council of India (BCI) is expected to release the AIBE XVII Result 2023 anytime now. The AIBE Result 2023 will be prepared on the basis of the final AIBA answer key 2023 and the Cutoff criteria. Candidates will be able to access the AIBE 17 Result 2023 at the official website. AIBE 17 Result 2023: What to Do If A Candidate Fails the AIBE Exam?
As the All India Bar Examination is a qualification-based exam, candidates who do not score more than the minimum cutoff in the AIBE 17 2023 Result will not receive the Certificate of Practice (CoP) issued by the Bar Council of India. In the case that a candidate's status is "Fail" in the AIBE 17 Result 2023, they may proceed with the steps given below:
- Apply for Rechecking of the AIBE answer sheet: Only candidates who have been marked as "Fail" in the result will be able to apply for the rechecking of the AIBE answer sheets online or offline.
- Online Rechecking: Candidates can apply for rechecking the answer sheets online. They must fill out the online application for rechecking and pay the fee of INR 200. Furthermore, candidates will have the option to check their AIBE 17 2023 answer sheets themselves and can book a time slot in online mode to do so. These candidates will have to appear at the BCI office at the allotted schedule, as informed. However, candidates will not be given a photocopy of their answer sheets and answer keys under any circumstances. Further, the BCI will inform the candidates about the status of rechecking their answer sheets within 3 days.
- Offline Rechecking: Candidates can also download and print the AIBE Result 2023 rechecking application form, fill it out, attach a demand draft of INR 200 in favour of the Bar Council of India payable at New Delhi and send it by post.
- Retake the AIBE Exam: Candidates can appear for the exam repeatedly till they qualify the exam. There is no limit to the number of attempts. BCI conducts the AIBE exam once every year, although sometimes it is conducted upto 2 times a year.
If a candidate fails the exam, they must act calmly, try to find out the reason for their failure and give a second attempt after better preparation.
