Assam HSLC General Science 2023 Exam Cancelled Due to Media Reports of Paper Leakage
SEBA announced the cancellation of the Assam 10th General Science 2023 exam that was to be conducted today, Mar 13.
Assam HSLC General Science 2023: In a notice released on Mar 12, the Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA) announced the cancellation of the Assam 10th General Science 2023 exam that was to be conducted today, Mar 13. The decision came after the Media reports alleged the leakage of the question paper and circulation of handwritten model question papers of Class 10 general science subjects emerged. The notice said that some candidates hold these copies of the question paper, so the exam is being cancelled to avoid confusion in the candidates' minds.

The concerned authorities will announce the rescheduled exam dates for the Assam HSLC General Science 2023 soon. Assam HSLC students are advised to check the official website for the latest updates from the board.
Earlier, the board had cancelled the HSLC English Exam 2023, scheduled to be conducted Mar 7, was cancelled in the Cachar District. It was caused by a few students in the Cachar District resorting to unfair means while taking the test, which led the authorities to invalidate their exams.
Assam HSLC Board Exams 2023 commenced on Mar 3 and was scheduled to continue till Mar 20. However, since the general science exam has been cancelled, the revised date will likely fall after Mar 20. A total of 4,22,174 students are appearing for the board exams at 912 exam centres spread across the state.
