Candidates planning to appear for the AYUSH NEET UG Counselling 2023 Round 3 must complete their registration before the last date, which is Oct 15, 2023.

- A Valid Identity Proof such as an Aadhar card, PAN card, Voter ID, Passport, or any govt issued ID
- Provisional Seat Allotment Letter from the AACCC Portal
- Passport size photographs
- Class 12th Marksheet
- Class 10th Marksheet
- NEET UG 2023 Admit Card
- Birth Certificate of the Candidate
- Transfer Certificate
- Category certificate (if required)
- A Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner
