Bombay HC to Hear Plea for JEE Main 75% Eligibility Criteria Today

JEE Main 75% Eligibility Criteria: The Central Government and National Testing Agency officials will be presenting their plea regarding JEE main 2023 in front of the Bombay High Court today, Apr 13, 2023. Therefore, candidates who wish to appear for the exams must take regular updates about the JEE Main 75% eligibility criteria situation.

Previously, the matter was heard by a bench composed of Chief Justice SV Gangapurwala and Justice Sandeep V Marne on Apr 6, 2023. Further, the bench questioned the Central Government and National Testing Agency and asked them to submit all relevant documents and data about the 75 per cent criteria.
The plea put forward by the National Testing Agency authorities seeks a relaxation or possible removal of the JEE Main eligibility criteria 2023. Therefore, NTA has been asked to reconsider the JEE Main 75% eligibility criteria for the exams.
Note: Candidates who appeared for the exam must check the JEE Main 12 April Shift 1 answer key 2023.
Students must remember that the crux of the situation is that the criteria are unfair to those JEE aspirants who cleared their exams during the COVID-19 pandemic and had dropped out to prepare for the JEE main exam.
Note that, NTA pleads that the students who have secured 75 percent marks or are in the top 20 percentile for their Class 12th result must be considered eligible per the JEE Main 75% eligibility criteria and therefore, permitted to appear for the exam.
