The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release the term I board exam timetable online tomorrow, 18 October 2021.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release the finalised schedule for the term one board exams tomorrow, 18 October 2021. Officials will release schedules for the class 10 and 12 term assessments online on the official website, cbse.gov.in.
This year, the board plans to conduct the 10th and 12th board exams separately for the two terms. Authorities will hold the first term examination from November to December 2021, which will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQ) covering the first half of the syllabus. Afterwards, the second term exams will take place in March and April 2022. Both exams will occur within the student’s respective schools in an offline testing mode. However, the prevailing COVID-19 situation will decide whether the questions will be objective or subjective in formatting.
CBSE Examination Controller Sanyam Bhardwaj gave a statement regarding the finalisation of first semester assessments. As quoted, “After the conduct of the term-1 exams, the results in the form of marks scored will be declared. No student will be placed in the pass, compartment or essential repeat categories after the first term. The final results will be available after the first and the second-term examination…”
