CBSE Board 10th Results 2022: Region-wise Passing Percentage, Trivandrum Tops the List

CBSE Board 10th Results 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared its Class 10th board exam results on 22 July 2022, at 2:00 PM. Students can check their marks at the official websites – cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in, cbse.gov.in and cbseresults.gov.in.
A total of 2109208 candidates have registered for class 10 exams, of which 1976668 students have passed. This year, girls have outshined boys by an overall pass percentage of 3.17 per cent. The overall passing percentage of girls is 93.31 per cent while the passing percentage of boys is 90.14 per cent. Meanwhile, the overall passing percentage of transgender students is 78.95 per cent.

- Visit the official website cbse.nic.in.
- Click on Results
- Now candidates can click any one link out of the given 3 links.
- Enter the required details – Roll Number, School Number, DOB & Admit Card No.
- Submit once all the details are filled
- The results will be displayed on the screen
- Students can keep a printout copy of the results for future reference.

- Open the ‘Message’ app on your phone.
- Type the message – cbse10 < space > roll number.
- Send the text to 7738299899.
- Your CBSE Class 10 Term 2 Results 2022 will be sent to you through SMS.
CBSE 10th Results 2022 Details
This year, the overall pass percentage has gone down as compared to the previous year’s 99.04 per cent. This year’s pass percentage is 94.40. A total of 107689 candidates (5.14%) have been placed in the compartment, which is much more than 17636 (0.84%) recorded last year.
CBSE 10th marking is done as-
- 30 per cent weightage will be given to the Term 1 theory exam held in November-December last year.
- 70 per cent to the Term 2 theory exam was conducted in April-May this year.
However, both terms’ practical exams have equal importance while arriving at final results.
