CLAT 2022 Application Correction Window Closes Today – Check Steps to Edit
The Consortium of NLUs will close the correction window for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) today, 30 May 2022.
The Consortium of NLUs has reopened the correction window for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2022 application for all candidates selected for the OBC category at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. Candidates can edit their application for CLAT 2022 regarding the category updates till 30 May 2022. Moreover, the TNNLU Tiruchirappalli seat matrix has been modified; therefore, candidates have to update their categories for the NLU as well.
As per the notification released by the Consortium of NLUs for OBC category candidates, “Candidates who have selected All India Category as Other Backward Caste and uploaded their OBC Non-Creamy layer certificate have wrongly answered the “Do you belong to Non-Creamy layer?” as No. Candidates are requested to review their application and update it properly.”
TNNLU Tiruchirappalli Seat Matrix Update
TNNLU Tiruchirappalli has modified its seat matrix, and now the candidates can update their categories before 30 May. Thus, the seat matrix for TNLU will now be as under:
- For both UG and PG All India OBC category* has been introduced. Applicants who had indicated as OBC in the All India category field will automatically be applied for the All India OBC category in TNNLU.
- Also, wards of the Kashmiri Migrants and Kashmiri Pandits/Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrants) category have been added for UG. Eligible candidates are requested to update their reservations to apply for this category.
- Eminent Sportspersons of the Tamil Nadu category have been added for UG. Eligible candidates are requested to update their reservations to apply for this category.
- Sons/daughters of Ex-servicemen of the Tamil Nadu category have been added for UG. Eligible candidates are requested to update their reservations to apply for this category.
Steps to Edit the CLAT 2022 Application Forms
Officials will close the CLAT 2022 correction window today, 30 May. Thus, applicants can follow the steps given below to make the corrections.
- Visit the official website – consortiumofnlus.ac.in
- Then, log in to your CLAT account.
- Afterwards, click on the “Edit Application”.
- In the personal information tab, answer the “Do you belong to the Non-Creamy layer?”
- Review and update your reservations as required.
- Finally, click on the “Submit” tab.
