CLAT 2024: Bar Council of India Suggests Conducting the Exam in Regional Languages
The BCI officials have stated that they have the right mechanism to conduct CLAT 2024 in various languages and filed an affidavit with regards to the same.
The Bar Council of India has stated that they have the right mechanism to conduct the test for the various law institutes in “various languages.” The CLAT exam date 2024 has been scheduled for Dec 3, 2024. The BCI had earlier conducted the AIBE and has now filed an affidavit to the Delhi High Court with regard to conducting CLAT 2024.

Steps to Apply for CLAT Registration 2024
Candidates who fulfill the CLAT eligibility criteria 2023 must apply for CLAT registration 2024 by following the procedure given below.
- First, visit the official website of CLAT.
- Once on the homepage, log in using the registered credentials.
- After that, fill out the CLAT application form 2023.
- Then, pay the CLAT application fee.
- Next, upload the required documents in the CLAT registration form.
- Last, save and download the CLAT application form and take a printout for future reference.
Note that the BCI has further stated that the legislation itself has established all the National Law Universities (NLUs). The last date to submit the CLAT Application Form is Nov 3, 2023. In addition, it clarified that BCI has just been a statutory body and has no role or supervision in the conduction of CLAT.
