CSAB 2021 Special Round Applications Will Be Released on 28 November
Central Seat Allocation Board will start the CSAB 2021 special round application for the NIT+ system from 28 November on the website.
The Central Seat Allocation Board plans to publish applications for the special round of CSAB 2021 counselling on 28 November. Therefore, candidates seeking B.Tech admission into NITs, IIITs and GFTIs will be able to register for the allotment facility on the official website, csab.nic.in. According to the official timetable available on the board’s website, registration, payment of participation/processing fee, and choice filling will be open from 28 to 30 November.
The CSAB 2021 counselling process includes steps such as online registration, payment of participation fee, option entry and locking, seat allotment, document upload, payment of seat acceptance fee and online reporting.
Steps to Register for CSAB 2021 Special Round Applications
CSAB will release the application forms for the special round of admissions counselling on 28 November. Therefore, interested candidates can follow the steps mentioned below in order to register for the mop-up seat allotment window.
- Visit the CSAB 2021 official website – csab.nic.in
- Then, click on the “Online registration and choice filling” link.
- Afterwards, log in by entering your JEE Main 2021 application number and password in the given fields.
- After logging in successfully, provide the necessary information in the registration form.
- Complete the choice filling process.
- Finally, submit your application form.

Earlier, officials declared results for the sixth and last JoSAA 2021 seat allotment list online on 18 November. The admissions board is now conducting mop-up rounds to fill any remaining seats offered by NITs, IIITs, and other GFTIs (excepting IITs) after the conclusion of the official allocation process.
