CUET UG 2023 Exam Commences on May 21: Check Male and Female Candidates Dress Code for CUET 2023

Dress Code for CUET 2023: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has scheduled the CUET UG 2023 exam dates from May 21 to 31. However, per the latest notification, the CUET 2023 exam will also be conducted on Jun 01, 02, 05, and 06.
The CUET 2023 exam city intimation slip has already been released on the official website. Subsequently, the CUET 2023 admit card for all the registered candidates will be published anytime soon. Candidates who have registered to appear for the exams must adhere to some rules on the exam day. Candidates must follow all the instructions given by the authorities and follow the COVID guidelines at all times. Dress Code for CUET 2023
NTA has issued some rules and regulations regarding the dress code of male and female candidates appearing for the CUET UG 2023 exam. The following are the CUET 2023 dress code instructions candidates must follow:
CUET Dress Code 2023 Male
The CUET Male Dress Code 2023 is given below:
- Male candidates should wear a half-sleeve shirt or t-shirt.
- Candidates should wear light clothes, which means that the shirt/t-shirt of the candidates should not have big buttons or fancy designs.
- Candidates must wear slippers and low-heeled sandals to the examination centre. Wearing shoes, high heels sandals are not allowed.
CUET Dress Code 2023 Female
The CUET Female Dress Code 2023 is given below:
- Female candidates should wear a half-sleeve shirt/t-shirt and avoid full-sleeve clothes.
- Fancy dresses, such as leggings, palazzo, jeans with big pockets, and clothes with elaborate design works and buttons, are prohibited from wearing.
- Wearing ornaments like bangles, earrings, etc., is also prohibited.
- Similar to male candidates, female candidates must wear slippers or low-heeled sandals and avoid wearing high heel shoes/sandals.
- Lastly, As per the orders of the Supreme Court, religious attires such as traditional kangha, Kara, and Kirpan (for sikh candidates) and burkha (for Muslim candidates) are permissible to wear.
