DU Admission 2022: Delhi University to Hold Performance Trials for ECA Quota From Today
Delhi University begins the ECA quota performance trials from today, October 18. Check the trial schedule for all 12 categories here. NCC and NSS candidates will not be participants of the DU admission 2022 performance trials.
DU Admission 2022: Delhi University begins performance trials for DU 2022 admissions through extracurricular activities quota today onwards. Moreover, DU is hosting the performance trials for 14 categories under ECA, with the highest enrollment received from NCC this academic year. The performance trials will continue till October 27 for all 14 categories. Candidates who wish to secure admission to DU through the ECA quota must participate in the performance trial round, as authorities will admit candidates based on their CUET scores, performance trial, trials and certifications. Likewise, 12 categories for ECA will be scored 75 marks, whereas DU will score NCC candidates 60 marks plus their certifications for DU admission 2022.

Candidates can only apply for 3 categories under the ECA supernumerary quota. Although, admissions will be granted under one category. If candidates wish to get admission under another category, they can request an alternative date (among available dates) of the ECA category or sub-category. The authorities have specifically directed students appearing for the performance trials for DU admission 2022 to report at least 30 minutes before the trial time slot to mark their attendance and get their certificates evaluated.
Important Information - DU Admission 2022 Performance Trials
All candidates who have applied under the NCC and NSS categories must note that the authorities will not be conducting any physical trials for applicants under this section. DU authorities will score them by measuring their CUET scores and category certifications. Furthermore, authorities have notified that no alternate date provision will be entertained for candidates who have missed the trials to be conducted in a day for DU admission 2022.
