DU Admissions 2022: Delhi University Announces Phase 2 Commencement From Sep 26

DU Admissions 2022: The Delhi University will commence the phase 2 process for UG admissions on 26 September 2022.  The DU Admissions 2022 phase 2 will end on 10 October 2022. Earlier, DU commenced the initial or phase 1 admission process on 12 September.

This is the first time Delhi University will conduct admission through a Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS), unlike previous years, where admissions were allotted solely based on cutoffs. Further, the DU CSAS Admission 2022 will be conducted in three phases:

• The First phase will be the submission of the CSAS 2022 application form
• The second phase will be the selection of preferred programmes
• Finally, the third phase will comprise seat allotment and admission.

Furthermore, DU issued an official notification stating that the candidates must choose their preferred courses and university during the second phase, which commences on 26 September 2022.

The DU authority also advised the applicants to choose programmes and colleges as many as possible. The authority will publish a tentative list of potential allocations based on the CSAS 2022 Allocation policy following the conclusion of the Preference-filling process. The NTA has released the CUET Result 2022 on 16 September. Now, the UG admission process for different universities across the country will commence.
