DU Admissions 2022: Spot Round Process
As per the official statement shared by DU admissions, already admitted candidates can be locked, and they will not be considered for any other upgrades (except supernumerary upgrades). Furthermore, the admitted candidates can not withdraw their admissions on the announcement of the first round of the admission process.
To go further with the spot-round admissions, aspirants must log in to their DU portals and apply through the "Spot admission" option.
As per the spot admission round schedule, DU admissions 2022 will release the first spot allocation on Nov 23, 2022, and the aspirants who will be allotted seats will be required to continue with the admission process. Meanwhile, DU has already started the classes for the 2022-23 batch on Nov 2, 2022. The DU admissions 2022 has also notified the batch strength for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The university has already fixed 60 students per batch for lectures, 30 for tutorials, and 25 for practical classes in UG programs. For PG courses, the numbers per batch are 50, 25, and 15-20, respectively, as reported by the news agency PTI.
