DU JAT Dropped: BBA, BMS, BBE Admissions Based on CUET 2022
Delhi University (DU) has removed the DU JAT exam in favour of the CUET exam to conduct BBA, BMS and BBE admissions.
Delhi University has now replaced the DU Joint Admission Test with CUET 2022 for admissions to UG programmes. CUET is being organised for admission to various Integrated/Under-Graduate, postgraduate, and Research Programmes in 45 Central Universities, State Universities, and Deemed-to-be-Universities in India. Therefore, DU JAT was cancelled, and CUCET replaced it. DU Vice-Chancellor Professor Yogesh Singh stated that the admissions to all UG courses would be based on the entrance exam scores by taking up the CUET exams.
CUET 2022 Exam Pattern
Delhi University has introduced CUET 2022 as the entrance test for the UG programmes. Furthermore, CUET 2022 is divided into three sections:

Language | Students need to choose a language of their choice, and the section will include 50 questions from which 40 will be mandatory |
Domain Specific Subject | The students need to choose Mathematics if they wish to get admission to BBA, BMS, and BBE programmes. This will include 50 questions, of which 40 will be mandatory |
General Test | This section will include 75 questions, out of which 60 questions are mandatory. The section includes the following topics:
General Knowledge Current Affairs General Mental Ability Numerical Ability Quantitative Reasoning Logical & Analytical Reasoning |
CUET 2022 Registration Process for DU JAT Courses
The CUET application form for admission to the BBA, BBE and BMS programmes is available on cuet.samarth.ac.in. Hence, candidates can register for it before the application submission window closes on May 6, 2022.
Delhi University will conduct centralised counselling after the candidates have qualified for the CUET 2022 exam. Hence, admissions to these courses will be based on centralised counselling.
