• Receipt of Haryana UG NEET Registration and counselling fee
• Copy of NEET application form for Haryana NEET MBBS 2023 counselling
• Class 10th and 12th marksheet and certificate
• Recent passport size photographs
• Birth Certificate
• Income Certificate
• Character Certificate  
• Resident Certificate (if applicable)
