IIIT Bangalore invites applications for MSc Digital Society: Check Dates and Eligibility

The International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIIT-B) is inviting applications to its M. Sc. course in Digital Society. For all interested students who aim to build a career around technology and wish to leave a positive impact on society, the IIIT Bangalore M.Sc. Digital Society is curated for you. IIIT Bangalore M.Sc. Digital Society: Eligibility

This is a two-year course. Also, it is an amalgamation of topics based on IT & Social Sciences. Enlisted below are the eligibility criteria that applicants must follow.

• Candidates must appear for a written test at IIIT-B. However, they can simply avoid participating in this test if they can present valid scores in:
  • CAT 2021
  • CEED 2022
  • CUET 2022
  • TISS-NET 2022
• Additionally, applicants must have graduated college in any academic discipline. Although, it must be from a recognized university with a minimum duration of 3 years and with first division passing marks.
• Students expecting to graduate by August this year may also apply. Besides, even working professionals can choose to do so.

Admissions to the Course

After checking eligibility, students must adhere to the admission guidelines. Admissions to the IIIT Bangalore M.Sc. Digital Society depends on:

1. Score in the entrance test or its equivalent national tests.
2. After the entrance test results, students will be called for a round of interviews. Moreover, this round is conducted by a panel of IIIT-B faculty members.
3. Finally, the institute will also check the student’s class 10 & 12 marks.

The authorities will publish the merit list after evaluating applications based on the above-mentioned parameters. Selected students will be informed by June 15 via email.
