The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) will start the choice filling process for admissions to IISER today, Aug 2, 2023 (8 PM) on its official website at iiseradmission.in.
IISER Counselling 2023 Choice Filling: The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) will start the choice filling process for admissions to IISER today, Aug 2, 2023 (8 PM) on its official website at iiseradmission.in. Candidates will have the option exercise their IISER counselling 2023 choice filling for Round 5 once the link is active.
The last date for the IISER Round 5 Admissions 2023 choice filling is Aug 4, 2023 (4 PM). Candidates can withdraw their applications for this round until 4 PM only.

IISER Counselling 2023 Choice Filling Process
Candidates has two options to complete their IISER counselling 2023 choice filling for the IISER seat allotment 2023 process:
- FREEZE: By selecting this option, the candidate accepts the seat offered in the IISER shown in the offer. They will not participate in further rounds of counseling.
- FLOAT: By choosing this option, the candidate indicates that they wish to participate in further rounds of counseling to try and secure a seat in one of their higher preferred IISERs.
Candidates must that they must choose either FREEZE or FLOAT in every round of counselling. Failure to do so will result in their candidature being considered withdrawn, and they will be not be allowed to move with the further counseling rounds for IISER admission 2023.
In IISER counselling 2023 choice filling if a candidate has chosen the FLOAT option and has been allotted a seat in an IISER higher in their preference list than the one they previously accepted, the previously allotted seat will be cancelled, and the new seat will be allocated to them.
