JEE Main 2022 Exam Analysis: Day 5 Shift 1 Paper Analysis & Students’ Reaction
The first shift of exam day 5 of JEE Main 2022 has concluded at 12 PM. Given below is the paper analysis and student's reaction.
JEE Main 2022 Exam Analysis: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has successfully concluded the first shift of the JEE Main 2022 exam today, 27 June. The JEE Main 2022 first shift ran from 9 AM to 12 PM and was conducted over a duration of three hours. Students who took the exam also reported that all the instructions for the exam day were properly followed both inside and outside the testing facility.
Each subject had two sections on the JEE Main 2022 exam. Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) were found in Section A, while questions with numerical answers were found in Section B. Students had to attempt any 5 of the 10 questions in Section B.

JEE Main 2022 Exam Day 5 Shift 1 Paper Analysis
Overall, the paper for the first shift on 27 June was moderately difficult. Additionally, most questions ranged between easy to moderate in terms of difficulty level across all three sections. The section-wise difficulty is given below:

Chemistry | Easy. Inorganic chemistry, metallurgy, biomolecules, polymers, and everyday chemistry constituted the majority of the questions. |
Students’ Reaction
One student said that the exam was moderately challenging overall. Physics was easy to moderately difficult, whereas mathematics was moderate to difficult. Authorities primarily used the concepts from the NCERT for the chemistry exam.
However, another student had a comparatively easier view of the exam. The student said that the exam paper was simple. Physics and Chemistry were simple, but only the math section was a little challenging.
