JEE Main 2022 Paper Analysis: June 25, Exam Day 3 Shift 1

The National Testing Agency has successfully concluded the JEE Main 2022 shift 1 from 9 AM to 12 PM. According to the students’, today’s JEE Main 2022 paper analysis was of easy to moderate difficulty. The exam analysis of JEE Main is compiled based on the students’ reactions, difficulty level, and other parameters.
Applicants appearing for the JEE Mains exam must carry their admit card and one valid photo ID proof at the exam center. JEE Main 2022 session 1 exam is being conducted from June 23 to 29.
JEE Main 2022 Paper Analysis: June 25, Shift 1
The JEE Main question paper had a total of 90 questions. Each section of mathematics, physics, and chemistry had 30 questions, of which 20 questions were of multiple choice type. In comparison, the remaining 10 questions were integer-type questions, out of which students had to attempt any 5. There was negative marking for integer-type questions too.
Physics: Questions asked were formula-based and mainly from class 11th. Questions included work energy, optics, rotational motion, etc.
Chemistry: More questions were asked from inorganics, and some were from physical chemistry. The questions were related to Biomolecules, chemistry in everyday life, surface chemistry, and organic chemistry. Inorganic has higher weightage in comparison to physical chemistry. Also, JEE Main’s chemistry questions were from NCERT books.
Mathematics: Questions asked were of moderate to high-level difficulty. More questions were from calculus. Additionally, there were many lengthy numerical questions in shift 1.
