The NTA (National Testing Agency) has changed the exam dates for JEE Main 2022 for the third time. The decision to change the exam dates for the engineering entrance JEE Main 2022 came as a big relief for the aspirants.
Many students chose not to sit for the first attempt and instead take the second attempt directly. In addition, students across different boards requested to keep a gap between the conclusion of the engineering exam and the commencement of the CBSE 12th board exam.
JEE Mains 2022 dates have been postponed for both sessions. The first session, scheduled to be conducted this month, has been postponed to June. The first session is scheduled from 20th June 2022 to 29th June 2022. The second session is scheduled to be conducted from 21st July 2022 to 30th July 2022.

Due to the postponement of the JEE Mains 2022 exam dates for both the sessions, many students are demanding to reopen the registration process for session 1, as the registration process for session 1 was closed earlier on the previous date. On the other hand, some students are disappointed with the postponement of the dates as this will result in deferment in the JEE Advanced, and the session may not start before September or October.
