Each exam day includes two exam shifts. The morning shift is from 9 am to noon. Next in order is the afternoon shift, which is between 3 pm to 6 pm. JEE Main 2022 July 26 Shift 1 exam to begin at 9 am
NTA will be conducting the JEE Main 2022 July 26 shift 1 exam from 9 am to 12 pm. Entry to the exam hall will be closed at 8:30 am. However, students coming late up to 8:45 will be allowed to enter the exam centre. No candidate will be allowed entry once the exam starts at 9 am. The second shift will be held from 3 pm to 6 pm.

JEE Main State Topper Revelations
A student from Narayana PU College, Bangalore, Boya Haren Sathvik, got 100 percentile in the JEE Main 2022 Phase I exams in June. But, be that as it may, the topper initially secured 290/300. Albeit, a question from Chemistry which he attempted had incorrect options for answers. After the results announcement, Sathvik appealed for the incorrect question. Initial reports suggest that most students found the exam competitive. Not too difficult and not very easy. Meanwhile, the second shift of exam day 1 is underway.
Additionally, most students regarded Mathematics as the toughest section of the test and Chemistry as the easiest. However, there were some lengthy calculations in the Mathematics section. JEE Main 2022 Phase 2: Exam Pattern
There are three papers for three academic courses. Each test is computer-based. However, only the drawing section in paper 2A is offline, pen-paper-based. Check the exam contents for each below.
- Paper 1 - for those aspiring to pursue B.Tech or B.E. This exam comprises Physics, Chemistry, & Mathematics. Overall, the exam contains 75 questions, 25 from each subject. In addition, the exam is for 300 marks.
- Paper 2A - for those seeking to pursue B.Arch (architecture). The paper contains 82 questions from Mathematics, an Aptitude Test, and a Drawing Test. Furthermore, the paper comprises 400 marks. The drawing section has to be completed on a sheet.
- Paper 2B - for those who wish to pursue B.Planning. The test includes 105 questions from Mathematics, and Aptitude Test, and a Planning Test. Besides, this exam is also for 400 marks.
