JEE Main 2023 Starts Tomorrow: Items to Carry, Items Not to Carry
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct JEE Main 2023 from tomorrow Jan 24 till Feb 1. The exam will be administered in two shifts, from 9 AM to 12 PM in the morning and from 3 PM to 6 PM in the evening.
JEE Main 2023: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct JEE Main 2023 from tomorrow Jan 24 till Feb 1. The exam will be administered in two shifts, from 9 AM to 12 PM in the morning and from 3 PM to 6 PM in the evening, at various testing locations both domestically and overseas. The first try for the JEE Main 2023 exam is scheduled for Jan 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31, and Feb 1.

JEE Main 2023 Items to Carry
Below are the materials mentioned for the candidates to carry with JEE Main Exam 2023 Centre.
- Admit card for JEE Main 2023 and properly filled-out Self Declaration (Undertaking), both of which were acquired from the NTA website.
- A simple, clear ballpoint pen.
- One more picture is to be posted on the attendance list.
- Individual hand sanitizer (50 ml).
- Personal water bottle in clear.
- Special benefit: Students with diabetes can bring snacks like sugar tablets, fruits (bananas, apples, and oranges), and clear water bottles to the testing location.
- However, packed items like chocolates, candies, sandwiches, etc., will not be permitted.
Items Not To Carry in JEE Main 2023 Exam Centre
Below are the materials mentioned for the candidates to not to carry with JEE Main 2023 exam centre.
- Avoid bringing any stationary to the exam, such as pencil boxes, paper, pens, or other printed or written materials. A pen, pencil, and blank sheets of paper will be available in the examination room for preliminary work.
- IDs issued by coaching centers, colleges, universities, or schools will not be accepted as legal identification. The same applies to photocopies and photos on mobile devices. Therefore, avoid carrying any of these.
- Avoid bringing food (loose or packaged) and water into the exam room.
- Metal objects and electronic devices are not permitted in the exam room. These are examples: mobile phones, earphones, microphones, pagers, calculators, documents, slide rules, log tables, cameras, and tape recorders.
- Additionally, candidates will not be permitted to bring or wear any form of the watch into the examination room, including electronic watches with calculator functionality.
Candidates are not permitted to use any handbag or purse.
