JEE Main 75% Eligibility Criteria 2023 Plea Hearing Postponed to April 24: Govt to File Affidavit

JEE Main 75% Eligibility Criteria 2023: The Bombay High Court has postponed the JEE Main eligibility criteria 2023 plea hearing to Apr 24.
The reason behind the JEE Main 75% eligibility criteria 2023 plea hearing postponement is the Advocate General who is representing the Government mentioned that they will be filing an affidavit related to the JEE Main 75% eligibility criteria and need more time regarding the same.
Considering the Advocate General's request, the Bombay High Court has postponed the JEE Main 75% eligibility criteria 2023 plea hearing to Apr 24.
Advocate Anubha Shrivastava Sahai representing students has requested the Court to speed up the process as the JEE Main 2023 candidates are getting anxious.
Earlier, the Bombay High Court last heard the matter regarding the JEE Main 75 per cent criteria on April 6 and asked the government to submit some documents regarding the 75% JEE Main 2023 eligibility criteria since when it is applicable and the top 20 percentile how it's going to help if different states have different top 20 percentile.
The JEE Main 2023 brochure mentioned that in addition to the candidate's All India Rank (AIR), candidates are required to achieve a grade point average of 75% or higher in class 12 in order to be considered for admission to NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs, the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
