JEE Main Paper Analysis 2023: The NTA conducted the JEE Main 2023 session 1 Jan 31 shift 2 exam from 3 PM to 6 PM as scheduled. The shift 1 was conducted from 9 AM to 12 noon. The exams are being conducted in computer based test mode at exam centres spread across various cities in India. The JEE Main Paper Analysis 2023 for Jan 31 shift 2 paper will be updated soon.
The 3 sections of equal weightage in JEE Main Question Paper 2023 are for the three subjects - Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Each section is further divided into two subsections, section A consisting of 20 MCQs and section B consisting of 10 NAT questions. Each correct answer will earn the candidate four marks and an incorrect answer will cause 1 mark to be deducted.

- The exam was considered moderately difficult overall
- The chemistry section as usual was easy. It was mostly based on NCERT.
- The physics section was easy to moderate. Both formula based and concept based questions appeared in the section
- The topics in the mathematics section were mostly from class 12.
