JNU Extends Registration Date for Winter Semester to May 13
The JNU Continuing Students Registration has been extended to May 13. All monsoon semester 2021 entrees must register immediately.
The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has extended the registration window for the 2021 Monsoon Semester admitted students. Initially, the JNU Continuing Students Registration cycle was scheduled to be held between April 27 – May 1. However, the authorities postponed it to May 9 at first. Later, they extended it to May 13. Manoj Kumar Manuj, the assistant registrar at JNU, affirmed the same via a circular issued on Tuesday.
The JNU Continuing Students (monsoon semester 2021) Registration before the winter semester is mandatory as per the new semester system followed by the university. All students admitted during the monsoon semester last year must complete their registrations before May 13. The new guidelines based on the semester system make it obligatory for all students to register before the semester. The registration details cover their course’s semester details. As a result, no candidates will be permitted to appear for course lectures, nor will they be entitled to any credits before registration. Students must immediately contact the management and complete their registration within the stipulated time.
