KCET Counselling 2022: Registration Process for Round 1 Tentatively Beginning on Oct 3
KEA will begin the first round of the KCET Counselling process 2022 on Oct 3. The KEA Revised Ranks 2022 will be released on Oct 1.
KCET Counselling 2022: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will begin the first round of the KCET Counselling process 2022 on Oct 3. The KEA Revised Ranks 2022 will be released on Oct 1. The KCET 2022 Counselling will be based on the revised rank list and the KCET seat matrix released on Sep 13.
The first stage of the KCET Counselling 2022 process is document verification. The verification of documents at the counselling centres was conducted in three sessions between Aug 22 and Sep 7 based on the ranks of the candidates. Only candidates who got their documents verified will be eligible to participate in the KCET Counselling 2022.

KCET Counselling 2022 Stages
The following are the stages that are part of the KCET Counselling 2022 process:
- Document verification and Registration - The document verification process is already over. The candidate who had their documents verified can proceed to the succeeding stages.
- Choice filling & locking- During this stage, candidates must log in on the official website using their KCET 2022 login credentials and fill out their college and course preferences. Candidates will have access to the course-wise, category wise and college-wise seat matrix at the time of choice filling. Furthermore, candidates can modify, add or delete the choices after every round of counselling.
- Seat Allotment- Once the previous step is completed, the seat allotment process, based on the choices filled by the candidate, along with other factors, will take place. Once the seat allotment letter is released, candidates must log in to thier candidate page on the website and download the letter. The seat allotment letter will contain information like alloted institute, reporting time etc.
- Reporting to the respective institutes- After the seat allotment process in every round of counselling, those candidates who have been allotted a seat will have to report to the institute alloted to them to complete the allotment process. Candidates will be intimated about the date and time for reporting. They will have to carry the allotment letter along with other required documents at the reporting time.
