KEAM 2022 Examinations to be Held on 12 June 2022

Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has announced the exam dates for the KEAM. Officials will hold the exams on 12 June. Thus, candidates awaiting the announcement regarding the same can check the exam dates for the Engineering and Pharma courses. Also, speculations are rife that the registration process for the examination shall also commence soon. 

KEAM (Kerala Engineering, Architecture Medical Entrance Exam) is one of the popular exams to provide admission in B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Pharma, and other courses. Thus, candidates seeking admission are provided with the same based on JEE Main and NEET exams scorecard. Those who appear in the examination can get admission only on the condition if they clear the minimum qualifying marks and are up on the combined merit list drafted by CEE, Kerala.

Authorities will conduct KEAM 2022 in the offline mode for only two papers, paper 1 (Physics and Chemistry) and paper 2 (Mathematics), as per previous records. Both the papers will have 120 questions accounting for the same marks. Candidates usually get 150 minutes to solve each paper. The minimum qualifying marks for the unreserved category is 50% of the total and 40% of the total marks for the reserved category.

Afterward, the CEE will release the result along with the rank list for all the participants. Post this, the commission conducts the counselling of the candidates wherein they are provided admission based on the score obtained in the exam and rank assigned. Moreover, officials conduct the final admission in any of the courses based on the total seats available for a particular course and the candidate’s rank.
