The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will start registration for Maharashtra NEET UG 2021 counselling today, 30 December. As per the Maharashtra NEET UG 2021 counselling dates, the deadline for registration is 5 January until 11:59 PM. Thus, applicants can register themselves online at info.mahacet.org/CAP2021/NEET_UG, to become eligible for admission to different undergraduate medical courses in medical colleges across the state. Candidates can upload the required documents from 30 December to 6 January according to Maharashtra NEET UG counselling dates.
Officials will hold the seat allotment process for admissions to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, and BSc (Nursing) courses. They will fill a total of 9,000 MBBS and 3,526 BDS seats in the state through Maharashtra NEET UG counselling. Candidates should check her/his eligibility for admission to the various courses before filling up the registration form. Based on the NEET exam details, officials will release the Maharashtra NEET merit list on 8 January 2022. The merit list of Maharashtra MBBS/BDS 2021 will mention the candidate’s name, All India Rank (AIR), roll number, category, category rank, NRI status and others.
An official statement on the website says, “The admission process for health science courses in the State of Maharashtra will require NEET All India Rank of the candidate to be filled during the registration process. Only NEET All India Rank needs to be filled up during the online registration process. No other rank should be entered,”.
