MAT 2022: MAT 2022 Oct 8 IBT is to be held today. MAT exam is conducted in three modes – Computer Based Test (CBT), Paper Based Test (PBT) and Internet Based Test (IBT). While CBT and PBT are conducted at exam centres in IBT mode, candidates can take the test from home on any desktop or laptop with a camera. Below are some important MAT 2022 exam dos and don’ts that will prevent any unnecessary hassle.
MAT 2022 Exam Day Guidelines - Dos
Below given are some Dos for the exam.
- Reporting time will be given to every student to prevent crowding at the exam centre.
- Candidates must carry a colour printout of their admit card and an original copy of their photo ID.
- All MAT test takers must carry valid photo identification proof.
- COVID-19 self-declaration form will be issued along with the MAT admit card. Candidates must download it, fill in the particulars and self-attest it. All these documents will be checked at the entry gate of the MAT exam centre.
- As the covid protocol is still in effect, candidates must wear a face mask before entry and throughout the MAT exam.
- Candidates must also carry a hand sanitiser and drinking water in a transparent bottle.
- The candidates are required to maintain social distancing.
- The examination staff will test each candidate’s body temperature at the entry gate. Those with higher body temperature than normal will not be allowed to take the test.
- No personal belongings will be allowed inside the exam centre, including bags, mobile phones, watches, books, wallets, electronic gadgets, notebooks, etc.
- Candidates need to carry only a blue ballpoint pen as stationary for signing the attendance sheet. For PBT mode, they must carry two pens to fill the OMR sheet.
MAT 2022 Exam Day Guidelines - Don’ts
Below given are some Don'ts for the exam.
- After security frisking, the invigilator will sign each test taker's MAT 2022 admit card. No test taker is allowed to sign on their admit card before this process.
- Candidates should avoid any unfair practices inside the exam centre.
- Carrying rough sheets inside the examination hall is not allowed.
- Do not take off your mask or break any physical distancing rule inside the exam centre.
- Do not visit the MAT 2022 exam centre if you feel unwell or have covid like symptoms.
