According to Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant, starting from 2023, the admissions for B.Tech programs through MHT CET will take into account of the scores obtained in the MHT CET exam as well as the marks obtained in the Class 12 examinations.

The weightage given to both these factors will be equal, with each carrying 50 percent weightage in the MHT CET CAP Round registration 2023 process.
