MPPSC PCS Mains 2023 Exam Dates Deferred to December Due to State Assembly Election

MPPSC PCS Mains 2023 Exam Dates: The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) had scheduled to conduct the MPPSC PCS Mains 2023 examination from Oct 30 to Nov 4. However, due to the upcoming Madhya Pradesh Assembly Elections, the Commission has postponed the exam dates to December 2023.

As per the official updates, the MPPSC PCS Mains 2023 Exam Dates are now scheduled to be held from Dec 26 to 31. 

The official notification by the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) stated that “For successful candidates in the state services preliminary exam 2022, the mains exam was scheduled to be conducted from October 30, 2023, to November 4, 2023. Now, the exam will be held from December 26 to December 31, 2023, in the examination centres in Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Chhindwara, Ratlam, Satna, Sagar, Shahdol, Badwani”.

Furthermore, the  MPPSC Officer on Special Duty (OSD) Ravindra Panchbhai stated: "After considering the availability of examination centres and security arrangements in view of the announcement of the schedule for the state assembly elections by the Election Commission, we have decided to extend the dates of the State Services Main Examination 2022".
