NEET 2021 Counselling: Admissions Due Date May 7, 2022, for PG & SS Courses
The last day of admissions via the NEET 2021 Counselling for PG & SS courses is May 7, 2022. Provisional results out on the MCC website.
Dr. B. Srinivas, the ADG (ME) and Member Secretary at the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), made an important declaration on May 5, 2022. Through his letter, he stated – May 7, 2022, as the last day of admissions via NEET 2021 Counselling for PG & SS courses. Furthermore, his letter mentioned that it was pertinent to the vacant seats of the All India and State Quota. However, the PG courses include – MS, MD, & Diploma. At the same time, the SS courses include – DM & MCh.
NEET 2021 Counselling: General Updates
Recently, the MCC published the PG counselling stray vacancy round results on their official website. Additionally, they published the SS counselling round 2 results on April 25. These were provisional results, i.e., tentative and subject to change. Students can visit their website for regular updates.
The delay in completing the NEET 2021 Counselling Sessions has unsettled the NEET 2022 aspirants. Many students seeking to reapply are not yet aware of their eligibility. These turn of events has led to massive protests by the student bodies to postpone the NEET 2022. Moreover, the All India Medical Students Association (AIMSA) have knocked on the doors of the Supreme Court of India. An advocate at the court took to Twitter to announce that the student body filed a plea seeking postponement of the exam this year.
