NEET UG 2022: Last Year’s Cut-off for MBBS Admission

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for undergraduate students (NEET-UG 2022) on 17 July. More than 18 lakh candidates registered for NEET this year, and 95% attendance was marked during the examination.
With the unofficial answer keys, aspirants must have analysed their estimated scores by now. NEET 2022 cut-off is the minimum percentile and equivalent marks required to qualify for the entrance exam. The cut-off scores will be released with the results based on various factors. However, the NEET 2022 result date has not yet been announced by the NTA.
As per the latest update, the NEET UG 2021 cut-off for general category candidates is 50 percentile. While for SC/ST/OBC and general-PH aspirants, the NEET qualifying percentile is 40 and 45, respectively.

Factors Affecting NEET 2022 Cutoff Scores
The cutoff of NEET UG 2022 will depend on the below-listed factors:
- The number of candidates who appeared in the examination
- Total number of seats
- NEET difficulty level
Based on the NEET cutoff, officials will call qualified candidates for the counselling process. Through NEET 2022, admission will be granted to various medical and dental colleges across the country.
