NEET UG Counselling 2022: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the provisional seat allotment result for the first counselling round of NEET UG 2022. Candidates must self-verify the provisional allotment result and report any discrepancies or grievances to the MCC officials so that they may be rectified. Further, the MCC will release the NEET UG Counselling 2022 Round 1 final seat allotment result on Oct 21 at the official website.
Candidates must note that the provisional allotment does not guarantee a seat in the final allotment. The purpose of the provisional allotment is to rectify any discrepancies before the final allotment is announced.

How to Access the NEET UG Counselling 2022 Provisional Seat Allotment Result?
Candidates must follow these steps to view and download the NEET UG Counselling 2022 Provisional Seat Allotment Result:
- First, visit the MCC official website: mcc.ac.in
- Click on the 'UG Medical Counselling' tab
- The candidate will be taken to the 'Online NEET - UG Medical Counselling' page.
- Locate the link for the 'PROVISIONAL RESULT FOR ROUND 1 MBBS/BDS' and click on it.
- Now enter the candidate's login credentials and login
- The Provisional Seat Allotment Result will appear on the screen.

Earlier, the MCC announced the addition of a total of 439 MBBS seats to the NEET UG 2022 seat matrix on Oct 17 and 18. The MCC also reopened the registration for Round 1 of UG counselling and extended the deadline for choice filling and locking. The choice-filling process and choice locking for NEET UG Counselling 2022 Round 1 were concluded at 8 AM on Oct 19.
