NEET UG Counselling 2022 Round 2: Change Nationality from Indian to NRI By Tomorrow
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has opened the provision for NEET UG 2022 candidates to change their nationality from Indian to NRI on Nov 3. Candidates can submit their requests by 10 AM on Nov 5.
NEET UG Counselling 2022: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has opened the provision for NEET UG Counselling 2022 candidates to change their nationality from Indian to NRI on Nov 3. Candidates can submit their requests by 10 AM on Nov 5 through the email: ug.nri.mcc@gmail.com. Candidates must send one mail with all the necessary documents. The Authorities will only accept requests received after the deadline.
Candidates applying for the conversion must submit the documents in the prescribed format given in Annexure 1 of the official notification. Click here to download the official notification for 'Candidates who want to get their nationality converted from Indian to NRI'.

NEET UG Counselling 2022: Documents Required to Modify Nationality
Candidates must attach scanned copies of the following documents in the email:
- Documents to attest that the candidate's Sponsorer is an NRI. (passport and the visa of the Sponsorer)
- Documents establishing the candidate's relationship with the NRI sponsor, per the orders of the honourable Supreme Court.
- A duly notarized affidavit from the Sponsorer claiming that they will provide the entire course fee of the candidate.
- Embassy Certificate (acquired from the Consulate) of the Sponsorer
- Candidate's NEET UG 2022 scorecard
- A document containing the Family tree, duly notarized by respective Tehsildars.
The NEET UG counselling 2022 Round 2 registration and choice filling is underway. The last day to register is Nov 7, and choice locking will take place on Nov 8.
