- Letter of Allotment
- NEET UG Admit Card
- NEET UG Rank Card
- Birth Certificate
- Class 10th Marksheet
- Class 10+2 Marksheet
- 8 Passport-sized Photograph
- Valid Identity Proof such as Aadhar/ PAN/ Driving Licence/ Passport
- NRI candidates should present the following documents:
- Copy of Passport Sponsorer
- Certificate from Embassy
- Sponsorship Affidavit stating to bear the expenses for the course
- Relationship Affidavit with the sponsorer
- For OCI/PIO/Foreign national candidates, citizenship certificate/ card number documents are mandatory
- SC/ST Certificate (if required)
- OBC-NCL (if required)
- Disability Certificate (if required)
- EWS Certificate (if required)
