NIFT 2022 Registration Window to Close on 17 January

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) will close the NIFT 2022 online registration portal for B.Des., B.F.Tech., M.Des., M.F.Tech., and M.F.M. admissions to NIFT campuses on 17 January 2022. However, applicants can also fill out the NIFT application form until 22 January by paying a late fee of INR 5000, in case they miss the early registration deadline. Later, the NIFT application form correction window for the already submitted forms will be active from 18 to 22 January.

NIFT 2022 application form is available on the official website, nift.ac.in. Officials will conduct NIFT in pen and paper mode on 6 February in 32 cities nationwide. Applicants appearing for the NIFT GAT for admission in B.Des will have to solve the questions within 2 hours. However, the exam duration for the B.F.Tech GAT is 3 hours.

Steps to Submit the NIFT 2022 Application Form

Officials will close the NIFT 2022 application window on 17 January. Hence, candidates can follow the steps to complete the NIFT registration process.

1. Visit the official website – nift.ac.in.
2. Click on the “Admissions” tab available on the homepage.
3. Afterwards, click on the “Sign Up” link.
4. A new page will then appear listing all of the programmes offered.
5. Click on the relevant programme link and sign in.
6. Afterwards, fill out the registration form with information such as your full name, programme applied for, exam centre preference, parents’ names, academic details and status of the examination and captcha code.
7. Then, upload scanned images of the photograph and signature.
8. Finally, pay the NIFT application fees and submit the form.
