NMAT 2022 Exam Begins Today: Check Exam Day Important Instructions

NMAT 2022 Exam: The Graduate Management Academic Council (GMAC) will conduct the NMAT 2022 test from today, Oct 10 to Dec 19. The NMAT 2022 exam mode is online proctored and will be of a duration of 2 hours. The question paper will have three sections, Quantitative Skills, Language Skills, and Logical Reasoning, and there will be a sectional time limit of 52, 28, and 40 minutes for the sections, respectively. Each section will consist of 36 questions, making the total number of questions 108.

NMAT 2022 Exam Day Important Instructions
Candidates must read and adhere to the exam day instructions given below so that they may be able to write the NMAT 2022 exam smoothly:
- For the online proctored test, candidates must be seated in a separate room and ensure that no one enters the room while they attend the exam.
- Candidates must have proper lighting from above or behind the laptop so that their faces are clearly visible to the camera.
- Candidates must try to ensure an uninterrupted power supply for mobile and laptop/ PC so as to avoid interruptions during the exam.
- The verification process will be done before the commencement of the exam. Candidates must log in 1 hour prior so that the process can be completed.
- The NMAT 2022 exam can only be opened and attended on the Google Chrome browser.
- A phone can only be used for the purpose of logging into the online examination room for a back/side view of the examination area. Candidates should not use the phone for any other reason.
- Candidates should not wear any listening devices, such as earbuds or headphones.
- The webcam and microphone should not be turned off during the entire duration of the exam.
- Candidates are not to be talking/interacting with anyone else while taking the exam.
- Attendees should not seek help or refer to study material/ mobile/ to answer questions.
- Candidates should not move away from the NMAT exam application or try to open other applications while taking the exam.
The NMAT registration window (main) will close on Oct 10. The candidates can choose their exam date till Oct 13, and the facility to reschedule will remain open till Dec 16. The NMAT scorecard for each attempt by the candidate will be issued within three days after the examination. After they attempt the NMAT 2022 exam, they can also register for retakes of the exam till Dec 16 and also schedule the date for the retake till Dec 16.
