NTA to Reschedule UGC NET 2022 July 9 Shift 1 Exam: Revised Date Out Soon
The National Testing Agency will reschedule the UGC NET 2022 July 9 Shift 1 exam, which was postponed due to technical issues.
The National Testing Agency conducted the UGC NET 2022 exam from July 09 to July 12. However, the July 09 first shift had to be called off due to some irreplaceable technical issues in the computers provided. NTA has announced they will reschedule the exams for the subjects falling on the July 09 first shift schedule. The exam date(s) for those subjects will be announced soon. In comparison, the shift 2 exam was conducted smoothly in the same centers.
The National Testing Agency has announced that the exam dates and fresh admit cards will be uploaded at the earliest on the official website of NTA. Until then, the candidates must be patient and cooperate with the organization. The exam dates for the second phase exam are also to be announced soon.

List of Exam Centers That Faced Technical Glitches
The following centres faced issues during the NTA NET 2022 first shift exam:
- KIPM College of Engineering and Technology, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh
- National Institute of Technology Calicut, Kozhikode, Kerala
- United Institute of Technology, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh
- JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
- Government Polytechnic Munger, Munger, Bihar
- Government Women’s Polytechnic, Muzaffarpur, Bihar
- Gyanmanjari Institute of Technology, Bhavnagar
All the language subjects, such as Konkani, Chinese, Persian, Arabic, and others, had the exams scheduled for the first shift of the July 09, 2022 paper. NTA has assured of announcing the rescheduled exam dates soon. It is likely that the postponed exams will be rescheduled after the second phase exams are conducted. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website on a regular basis to keep yourselves updated. The dates, along with the subject for the second shift, will also be announced soon.
