Periyar University officials have officially released semester examination results for several courses. Hence, students who have taken the April 2020 and April 2021 semester exams can now view their marks online. The online results are available on the official website’s examination portal (periyaruniversity.ac.in).
In total, over 9 lakh students have taken the April 2020 and 2021 semester examinations. However, the results for the previous year’s tests were not available until now due to COVID-19 constraints. Thus, today’s results publication will contain marks for both batches of students. To view individual results, students must first log in to the official website’s portal. Then, they should enter their examination roll number, which is available on the respective hall tickets.
Steps to Check Periyar University Semester Exam Results
Marks for the 2020 and 2021 PU semester assessments are now available online. Hence, students can follow the guidelines given below to view their results.
- Go to the university’s official website – periyaruniversity.ac.in
- Then, scroll down to the homepage to the “Latest News” tab.
- Select the “UG / PG Results” link to proceed.
- The website will then redirect to a login portal.
- Enter your registration number and date of birth to log in.
- Then, your results will appear on the screen.
- Finally, download and take a printout of the provisional scorecard for future reference.

The online examination results are currently provisional in nature. Soon, students will be able to collect their official mark sheets from their respective colleges. The university has advised candidates to go through their scores for any errors. In case of discrepancies, students should contact their college exam officials as soon as possible.
