Authorities have released the exam date for Rajasthan Joint Entrance Test (JET) 2022. According to the notice, the conducting body will hold the test on 8 May 2022. Furthermore, Rajasthan JET is a state-level entrance exam for the candidates who want to take admission in BSc Agriculture (Hons), BSc horticulture (Hons), BSc Forestry (Hons), and BTech in Dairy Technology programs in the state of Rajasthan. This year the exam will be conducted by Sri Karan Narendra Agricultural University, Jobner. The application forms will be available on the official website soon.
Rajasthan JET 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Authorities will soon release the application forms for Rajasthan JET. Therefore candidates must know about the minimum eligibility criteria for applying for the exam.
- The candidate should have passed 12th from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- They should have secured at least 50% marks in class 12th(5 % relaxation for the candidates from reserved categories)
- The candidate’s age should be at least 25 years as of 1 January 2022.
- They should have a domicile of Rajasthan or at least have studied in Rajasthan for the last three years.
Rajasthan JET Exam Pattern
Rajasthan Joint Entrance Test (JET) is a state-level entrance exam. The paper consists of 200 questions and is divided into five sections Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and Agriculture. The exam mode is offline. The candidates have to mark their answers in the OMR sheet. Additionally, candidates are awarded two marks for every correct answer, and there is no negative marking for wrong answers.
Moreover, the syllabus for Rajasthan JET is different according to the various courses available. However, it is entirely based on the subjects of class 11th and 12th. To start preparing for the exams, candidates must begin reading their course books and solving last year’s question papers.
